SHIPPING
We love phone orders from 11 AM to 6PM , 7 days a week. We will happily arrange delivery, curb side or in-store pick ups.

LOCAL VANCOUVER DELIVERIES
We offer local delivery within Vancouver for $10 and lower mainland for $15 with FREE shipping on orders over $59. Deliveries are made every alternate day. You will receive an email to notify you of the arrival date. Express delivery in Vancouver (within 24 hours) is available for an additional $10 fee.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. We ship via Canada Post at a flat rate of $20 within Canada only, with FREE shipping on orders over $99. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS
Deliveries during holiday times (e.g. Christmas) may take a bit longer than expected. We may not have all the answers, but we do know which toys are useful and magical. So you can rest easy & look through our delightful collection for your special ones.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For in-store purchases, online pickups and local delivery, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within two weeks of purchase. Products must be unopened and in resalable condition with original receipt.
We do not offer returns on shipped items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Please email us with your order information to begin the process.
